By tasting your writing, readers can assess if your book strikes their fancy.
Social media is a great way to connect with potential readers and give them a taste of your writing. When it comes to sharing excerpts from your book, there are a few things to keep in mind.
First, you want to make sure that the excerpt is representative of the overall tone of the book. If your book is a lighthearted romance, you don’t want to share a scene that is overly steamy or graphic. Second, you want to make sure that the excerpt is interesting and engaging. A good way to do this is to choose a scene that has some action or suspense. Finally, you want to make sure that the excerpt is not too long. You don’t want to give away too much of the story, but you also don’t want to bore your readers.
